My wife and I have 1 acre of vegetables and 1 acre of fruit trees. We’re focusing on setting things up so we don’t have to spend so much time weeding/watering (plants close together & drip irrigation), have babysitters lined up for the days we have to harvest lots, and picking markets that work around my work schedule. I work a full-time job and am going to see about taking my vacation time in 1/2 day a week increments this
summer to accommodate my farm schedule.
