For beginners who are working alone, I would recommend a “reverse CSA” – an email harvest or e-farmers market. I have been doing this successfully for about 2 years now. I send out an email of what I have and the price. The people on the email list choose what they want and send it back to me. I have made it very clear to them that I will NOT always be able to fill their order, although I try to be fair and give everyone something. This is a great learning tool also as you will find out very quickly what people want and
