Small Scale Fodder

I use my 5 gallon bucket every day for sprouting barley fodder. Works great, keeps it off my (tiny space kitchen) counter until I put it in trays to sprout. If any of you are keeping small animals such as goats or chickens, check out small scale fodder. I do it low tech and it works great. Soak overnight, spread in greenhouse trays, put under lights on a shelf in my basement and water daily. Feed 7 days later. My goats absolutely love it, and the chickens eat every part of it, seeds, roots, green tops.
